Compact automatic labeller for efficient non-stop labelling

The high-tech Pagomat 6/5 labelling machine is based on tried and tested Pagomat technology. Its speciality is the careful handling of thick or rigid labels with a low space requirement for non-stop labelling using just a single Pagomat 6/5.

Its slim design without unwinder/rewinder permits optimal integration into packaging lines. High mechanical stability combined with improved ease of use produce the highest level of reliability and consistently accurate labelling results.

Efficient application of special labels

  • Since the dispensed material is processed in a straight line from a fanfold label web, the Pagomat 6/5 can also apply multi-page labels and labels with inserts, e.g. sachets, without difficulty or interruption.


Non-stop labelling where space is at a premium

  • Thanks to the use of a fanfold label web and the associated simplicity of label replenishment in production, non-stop labelling can be achieved with just a single Pagomat - the optimum solution where space is at a premium.


High-performance labelling without interruption

  • In contrast with reels, label replenishment with fanfold webs can be prepared during the labelling process: the end of the web from one box is simply fixed to the beginning of the web from another box. This convenient method of label replenishment combined with continuous extraction of the backing paper allows non-stop labelling at previously unachievable maximum performance levels.
