The modularity of the system concept begins already with the base frame. The vibration-proof and torsionally rigid stainless steel structure provides a solid foundation for all the modular assemblies and guarantees totally precise and reliable labelling results.
On request, machines can be supplied with a complete protective enclosure which satisfies all the requirements of the EU machine protection directives. Doors at the front and back, together with swivelling control panels, facilitate maintenance and cleaning and permit shorter setup times.

Flexible basic configuration

The labelling system base frame can be dimensioned to suit the client’s needs. The combination of different length and width variants permits the choice of the best system size for every labelling task. Subsequent extension of the base frame to take further add-on modules is also possible.

Extension modules for individual product handling

The widest range of extension and add-on modules enables all kinds of different products and package shapes to be handled. Depending on the product, the labelling requirements and desired performance, various modules are used for product transport and also for product separation and alignment.

Additional modules for application-specific labelling

In the labelling process additional product marking and customized handling of the label reels may be a requirement. A wide range of modules is available for custom-made, application-specific and performance-related labelling systems.

Extension modules for labelling cylindrical products

For full accuracy, complete or partial wrap-around labelling of cylindrical products requires specific extension modules for precise product handling during the labelling process. The new Pago modular linear labelling system concept offers several different ways of labelling cylindrical products.

Expandable machine control and process monitoring

A range of machine control variants and operating concepts are available as further expansion modules. They permit individual configuration of the labelling system for machine operation and for full integration into complete industrial lines. Additional label and process inspection modules are available to meet specific customer requirements.
