Field-proven PAGOmat 15 automatic printing and labelling unit
The heart of Pago’s System 408 is the Pagomat 15, hundreds of which are already in successful operation. This automatic printing and labelling unit was specially designed for the industrial printing and automatic application of self-adhesive labels and is very user-friendly, durable and of good quality. The spring-mounted vacuum plate compensates for uneven surfaces which means mixed pallets and pallets of various dimensions can also be labelled.
Ease of integration with modular software concept
Thanks to the straightforward, text-based Pagocomfort data interfaces, System 408 can be easily integrated into a wide variety of higher-level systems and software environments. Permanently stored label layouts can be retrieved and individually expanded with variable data. The higher-level system can check the labelling system status and verify successful label application at any point.
Autonomous labelling in stand-alone operation
This system can also be used as an autonomous unit. In this mode, the label layouts and article database are stored on a memory card. Products can be selected and variable data entered easily via the alphanumeric keyboard with illuminated display and changeable user language or via connection of an optional barcode scanner. The SSCC numbers can be system-generated and recorded on the memory card.
