Quality management - above average and consistent

At Pago, management systems are divided into the Quality, Environment and Health & Safety at Work (HASAW) divisions. Each of these divisions represents an important pillar of our efforts to create the maximum possible benefits for our customers, as well as our employees and society. In order to achieve this, independent external auditors make sure that a continuous process directed at improvements is guaranteed.

      Quality

Quality, a topic which is of immense importance for Pago and the significance of which is articulated in the  large number of quality standards, which Pago can demonstrate with certificates. Pago does not simply talk about quality, but implements this in every way. Year on year, we submit ourselves and our GMP production processes to new targets set by critical, external auditors, as well as our customers! With this, our customers can be sure that they will receive the quality that they expect of us!

      Safety

We want to protect the health and lives of our employees with preventive programs.
This entails mastering and minimising Health and Safety at Work risks for our employees. This includes the company's support processes which are indispensable, in the first place on human grounds, as well as from an economic point of view.
In training courses conducted annually, we make our employees aware of potential risks and work constantly on accident prevention measures both at work and leisure, and on work-related health risks, including measures for designing work to be compatible with humans.
