Basic system
The basic version of both systems comprises a base frame with flange-mounted electrical cabinet, conveyor belt, operating unit, Pagomat with suspension bracket and respective wrap-around unit.
System 145 with winding tape for high throughput
Labelling takes place continuously while the product is rotated via afteroll belt and the label is applied with uniform pressure to prevent wrinkles. This is the practical solution for free-standing cylindrical products.
System 148 with 3-roller system for high precision
The product to be labelled is axially aligned and rotated between three rollers. This prevents undesirable spiral effects. Labelling with a precise viewing gap, exact overlapping or full-body labelling with front and back labels are all possible with this system.
