Printed paper strips are folded small using various folding techniques (e.g. parallel middle fold, fanfold) and attached to a carrier material (base). The finishing processes used, e.g. "varnishing" or "overlamination", further enhance the value and increase the options for manipulation (e.g. re-closure).
