Pago’s System 428 XPC is a complete solution that covers all the process steps involved in pallet labelling: identification, data provision, flow control, labelling, verification and logging. Robust construction and high-quality materials guarantee stability of value and durability in continuous industrial operation. Its modular design and wide range of optional equipment make this system the ideal platform for special industry and customer-specific solutions.
Labels are printed and applied on two sides by the tried and tested Pagomat 15 E-i, which guarantees the highest level of reliability in continuous industrial operation.

    • Pagomat Series 15 automatic printing and labelling unit
    • Monitoring scanner for handling - barcodes are checked and optionally evaluated immediately after printing.
    • Pneumatic separating movement for perfect detachment of labels on the vacuum transfer unit.
    • Automatic labelling repeat function (adjustable).
    • Controller integrated in the Pagomat or alternatively in the built-in industrial PC via Siemens SoftPLC for system control and communication with the conveyor line.
