Customer Service Manager Europe (m/f/d)

The role

You are responsible for overall management of after sales related activities of Machine Division, such as installation, maintenance, training, retrofits, field issues, sales of parts and various after sales products, for machines installed mainly in Europe and MEA region. It is within your responsibility to lead the multiple, international service departments to improve the service level and the customer’s experience. The local service departments are located in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and France and are led by a local team leader.  These local team leaders will report to you. Your task is to build up and maintain a strong relationship with the customers by,

Organizing structure to give world-class support with good local service

Managing customer requests and field / technical issues with agility

Gather needs and possible improvements idea of products and translate into necessary actions

Achieving the after sales budget turnover and to develop strategy for further growths

Process improvements

This position is part of the management team of the Machine Division Pago and reports to the General Manager Machine Division.

We are looking for

a people manager with high customer and service focus, organized, flexible to integrate in an international culture, motivated, dynamic, pro-active and involved. You speak fluently English and preferably German and/or Italian and you are willing to travel.

Education and experience

You have a Bachelor work and thinking level in a technical direction. You have at least 7-10 years of successful experience in leading an international customer service area in a machinery related industry. You gained knowledge and experience in service product development and you are used to work with strategic KPI’s.
